DYNAMIC MEETS PRECISION
The new two axis swivel rotary tables with synchronous drives for high dynamic applications are the result of long-term experience gained in the conception and design of torque motors produced by CYTEC Zylindertechnik GmbH.
CYTEC's new direct-drive rotary table series expanded its ability to find solutions for equipping high-capacity machining centers. Workpiece carriers can be tailored to meet the individual needs of a machine manufacturer, because of our interchangeable parts concept and the in-house production at the company’s headquarters in Jülich.
A comprehensive service concept ensures the quick exchange of system components, should servicing be required. The new rotary tables are available in two series, HT torque for high torque applications and HS speed for high speeds. Both are direct-drive and can hold a rotary feedthrough. They can be used to feed up to ten channels with media such as hydraulic, coolant or air supply.
A media interface can be integrated into the tabletop via plug-and-play, to activate chucks or clamping devices. This eliminates the need for complex special solutions, as are often necessary for smaller round tables. High clamping torques facilitate the stiff and precise positioning of the workpiece for demanding processing scenarios. In addition, the entire series is available both with a hydraulic as well as a pneumo-mechanical system.
The user-friendly design of the torque motors makes a quick change of the components possible in a service event. The rotary table is enclosed in a disposable cartridge and can be installed by trained installers as one compact unit. This way a replacement will take only a few hours. Expensive downtimes are reduced to a minimum.

The high dynamic rigidity, combined with compact design and high capacity drives enable various dynamic high speed cutting processes. Heavy cutting and rough machining under high loads is an important feature of this new generation of rotary tables.

ZERO POINT CLAMPING SYSTEM
The new CyTab zero‐point clamping system is a new development from CYTEC and represents a universal tool for the retooling of pallets, fixtures, and exchangeable plates in the entire engineering sector.
The extremely flat clamp housing with cone centres the mating flange with short taper with the highest precision and repeatability. The system enables the optimisation on of machining and automation processes and increases the productivity in modern manufacturing plants.
