With one‐ or two‐axis NC top-mounted rotary tables from CYTEC, you achieve an axis extension for your machining centre and increase your range of services. Retrofitting with horizontal, vertical, or rotary swivel tables opens up new business areas in machining production, such as in tool, mould, or machine construction.
The energy‐efficient CYTEC torque motors in external rotor design, specially developed for NC rotary tables, ensure the highest positioning accuracy with high torques, maximum acceleration on values and thermal stability. The modern bearing technology makes the motors durable and virtually maintenance‐free.
CYTEC rotary tables are robust and highly resilient. With various diameters up to 2,000 mm, they cover a wide range of applications. They are suitable for use as rotary tables, milling tables or grinding tables. Rotary feedthroughs for air or oil lines allow the integration into an automation system as well as the use of various clamping devices.
The rotary tables have precise T-slots and large through-holes for versatile clamping options. They can also be equipped with the new CyTab zero-point clamping system for quick changeover of pallets, fixtures and exchangeable plates.

ZERO POINT CLAMPING SYSTEM
The new CyTab zero‐point clamping system is a new development from CYTEC and represents a universal tool for the retooling of pallets, fixtures, and exchangeable plates in the entire engineering sector.
The extremely flat clamp housing with cone centres the mating flange with short taper with the highest precision and repeatability. The system enables the optimisation on of machining and automation processes and increases the productivity in modern manufacturing plants.
